This weekend, Mission Healthcare began its 2014 Management Summit, running through the beginning of this week. We are very excited to bring together over 60 of Mission’s leaders to celebrate their accomplishments, celebrate the continued growth in all 3 of our service lines, and to engage in various educational and informational activities that will bring us closer together as a leadership team. All attendees will be afforded the opportunity to interact both socially and professionally with their colleagues during the 3-day event. They will also be exposed to several outside speakers who are authorities in business leadership, human resource management, and the development of company culture. It will be a time to compare notes, share success stories that resulted from each individual’s leadership, and for all of us to hone our leadership skills. I, for one, am astounded by the sheer number of leaders at Mission but even more impressive is the level of talent that will be represented at this event!
