“Whether in the office or out in the field, we consider everyone who works here to be a member of The Mission Family.  In planning for our 2013 Holiday Party (yes, planning in June), I realized just how big that family has become.  The venue we are considering holds 650 people and may not be big enough to accommodate us!  This highlights  a tremendous responsibility to me— a responsibility not only to each and every person who works here, but also a responsibility to each of their families.  This is a responsibility that we do not take lightly.  It is for this reason we strive to make Mission an employer of choice by offering an enjoyable work environment, opportunity for growth within the company, and competitive benefit packages.  This allows each and every member of The Mission Family to enjoy their job, meet their financial obligations, and take care of their family members.”
